Cancellation Policy

1.1 Pause at Any Time

Advertisers can pause their campaigns at any time through the Adsmunch dashboard or mobile app. When a campaign is paused:

• The campaign stops running immediately
• No further charges are incurred from the wallet
• Remaining budget stays in your wallet
• All campaign settings and creative assets are preserved
• Campaign analytics and performance data remain accessible

1.2 Resume Campaign

Paused campaigns can be resumed at any time with the following benefits:

• Campaign continues from where it left off
• No additional setup required
• All previous settings remain intact
• Remaining wallet balance is used for the resumed campaign
• Performance tracking continues seamlessly

1.3 Use Funds for Future Campaigns

When you pause a campaign, the remaining balance in your wallet can be used for:

• Resuming the same campaign later
• Starting a new campaign
• Modifying and relaunching the paused campaign
• Any other advertising activity on the Adsmunch platform

1.4 No Penalty for Pausing

There are no penalties, fees, or charges for pausing a campaign. You maintain full control over your advertising spend and campaign timing.

2.1 Standard Cancellation

Advertisers can cancel campaigns through the following process:

1. Log in to your Adsmunch advertiser dashboard or app
2. Navigate to your active or paused campaigns
3. Select the campaign you wish to cancel
4. Click on "Cancel Campaign" option
5. Confirm the cancellation

2.2 Post-Cancellation

When a campaign is cancelled:

• The campaign stops running immediately
• Unused budget is credited back to your wallet instantly
• Campaign data and analytics remain accessible for 90 days
• The wallet credit can be used for future campaigns
• No cash refund is provided (see Refund Policy for exceptions)

2.3 No Minimum Contract Period

Adsmunch does not enforce minimum contract periods. You can cancel your campaign at any time without penalty, whether it's been running for hours, days, or weeks.

4.1 Wallet Credit Validity

All wallet credits remain valid indefinitely and do not expire. You can use them at any time for future campaigns.

4.2 Unused Credit Policy

If wallet credits remain unused for 14 consecutive days, you may be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy. See the Refund Policy page for complete details and eligibility criteria.

4.3 Promotional Credits

Promotional or bonus credits provided by Adsmunch may have specific validity periods and usage conditions. These will be clearly communicated when the credits are issued.

5.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your Adsmunch advertiser account:

1. Ensure all active campaigns are paused or cancelled
2. Request unused wallet credit refund (if eligible per Refund Policy)
3. Contact support at contact@adsmunch.in with subject "Account Closure Request"
4. Account will be deactivated within 5 business days
5. All data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion

5.2 Remaining Balance on Closure

Upon account closure, any remaining wallet balance that meets the 14-day unused criteria can be refunded as per the Refund Policy. Otherwise, credits are forfeited.

6.1 Immediate Effect

All pauses and cancellations take effect immediately. Ads stop running within minutes of the action being taken.

6.2 No Hidden Fees

There are no cancellation fees, termination charges, or hidden costs associated with pausing or cancelling campaigns.

6.3 Multiple Campaigns

If you are running multiple campaigns, you can pause or cancel them individually without affecting other active campaigns.

6.4 Policy Updates

Adsmunch reserves the right to update this cancellation policy. All changes will be communicated via email and app notifications 7 days before taking effect.
