10. Refund Policy
10.1 No Cash Refund for Wallet Loads
Money added to your advertiser wallet cannot be withdrawn as cash.
10.2 Campaign Credit Refunds
If a campaign ends early, remaining balance is credited to your wallet for future campaigns.
10.3 14-Day Unused Credit Refund
Advertisers may request a refund of unused wallet credits if:
- The credit remains completely unused for 14 consecutive days
- The request is initiated after the 14th day
- Refund applies only to unused credits
- Refund is processed as real money to original payment method within 15 business days
10.4 Fraud Exception
If verified fraud or system malfunction originates from Adsmunch's side, full real-money refund will be issued. Investigation completed within 15 business days.
11. Cookies, Analytics & Tracking Technologies
Adsmunch may use:
- Cookies: For session stability and login persistence
- Analytics Identifiers: For usage tracking (via Google Firebase)
- Device IDs: For analytics purposes (non-personally identifiable)
Opt-Out: Users may disable cookies via browser settings or withdraw Firebase analytics via app permissions.
12. Children's Privacy
Adsmunch services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If discovered, such data will be deleted immediately.
