Refund Policy

Introduction

Adsmunch Private Limited ("Adsmunch", "we", "our", "us") is committed to transparency in our refund policy. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed for advertiser wallet credits and campaign balances.

This policy applies to all advertisers using the Adsmunch platform and mobile applications.

1. No Cash Refund for Wallet Loads

1.1 Wallet Credit Policy

Money added to your advertiser wallet cannot be withdrawn as cash. All wallet loads are considered final and must be used exclusively for advertising campaigns on the Adsmunch platform.

1.2 Non-Transferable

Wallet credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or used outside of the Adsmunch advertising platform.

2. Campaign Credit Refunds

2.1 Early Campaign Termination

If a campaign ends before the allocated budget is fully spent, the remaining balance will be automatically credited back to your advertiser wallet.

This credited amount can be used for future campaigns on the Adsmunch platform.

2.2 Credit Processing

Campaign credit refunds are processed instantly and reflected in your wallet balance immediately upon campaign termination or completion.

3. 14-Day Unused Credit Refund

3.1 Eligibility Criteria

Advertisers may request a refund of unused wallet credits if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The wallet credit has remained completely unused for 14 consecutive days
  • No campaigns (active, paused, or scheduled) are associated with the credit
  • The refund request is initiated after the 14th day of the credit being unused
  • The credit was added through a valid payment method

3.2 Refund Amount

The refund applies only to the unused credits that have met the 14-day unused criterion. Partially used credits or credits associated with any campaign activity are not eligible for refund.

3.3 Refund Process

To request a refund of unused credits:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@adsmunch.in
  2. Provide your account details and wallet transaction ID
  3. Specify the amount eligible for refund
  4. Our team will verify eligibility within 2 business days
  5. If approved, the refund will be processed as real money to your original payment method

3.4 Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 15 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the wallet load (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card, etc.).

3.5 Payment Gateway Charges

Please note that payment gateway charges incurred during the original transaction are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.

4. Fraud Exception

4.1 System Malfunction or Fraud

If verified fraud, system malfunction, technical error, or security breach originates from Adsmunch's side and results in incorrect charges or loss of funds, a full real-money refund will be issued to the affected advertiser.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Unauthorized charges to advertiser accounts
  • Double billing or duplicate transactions
  • Technical glitches causing incorrect deductions
  • Platform errors affecting campaign delivery
  • Security breaches compromising advertiser funds

4.2 Investigation Process

Upon receiving a fraud or malfunction claim:

  1. Our technical team will immediately investigate the issue
  2. All relevant transaction logs and system records will be reviewed
  3. The investigation will be completed within 15 business days
  4. You will be updated on the progress every 5 business days
  5. If fraud or malfunction is confirmed, a full refund will be processed immediately

4.3 Reporting Fraud

To report suspected fraud or system malfunction, immediately contact us atcontact@adsmunch.in with subject line "URGENT: Fraud Report" and provide all relevant details including transaction IDs, timestamps, and screenshots.

5. General Conditions

5.1 Promotional Credits

Promotional credits, bonus credits, or credits provided as part of special offers are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5.2 Partial Refunds

If only a portion of your wallet credit meets the refund eligibility criteria, only that portion will be refunded. Used or ineligible credits will remain in your wallet for future use.

5.3 Refund Denial

Adsmunch reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are found to be fraudulent or abusive in nature.

5.4 Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to all advertisers via email and will be effective from the date of notification.
